SHIPPING SERVICE OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Mineral Evolution, LLC orders are shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All orders are subject to authorization, only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
 
WHEN AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK
You will be notified by email when an item is out of stock within 2 business days. Make sure to add us to your "white sender" list, so you can receive a confirmation email sent from: orders@mineralevolution.com
 
STANDARD SHIPPING OPTION
Orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a Flat Rate of $ 5.95, within 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Your shipping address must be in the US or a US territory. We are not able to ship to P.O. Box addresses and military addresses at this time. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
 
STANDARD SERVICE DELIVERY TIMES Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail are delivered within 3 - 6 business days from the order's ship date. Please note that orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories may take longer. Please allow up to 20 business days.
 
ITEMS THAT ARE DOT RESTRICTED, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via UPS Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories. Additional fees may apply.
 
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Most orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be shipped the same business day if placed by 1:00 PM ET. Some items sold by Mineral Evolution, LLC online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At mineralevolution.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If your order is affected by these restrictions, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
 
SHIPMENTS TO MILITARY AND PO BOX ADDRESSES
We cannot ship to any P.O. Boxes or Military addresses at this time.
 
SHIPPING TO U.S. TERRITORIES, ALASKA, AND HAWAII
Most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions. Additional shipping cost applies to Alaska and Hawaii and the US Territories. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Mineral Evolution, LLC and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment method used during checkout for the non-deliverable items, and will be subtracted from any refund.
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize but once the order has been "Checked Out" it can NOT be cancelled. Shipping fees are only refundable when the original items were shipped incorrectly by Mineral Evolution, LLC or were damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. We ask you to please return your items via USPS or insured parcel post. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return, it will take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to show on your account. FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
